This disclaimer explains the nature of the YlanAI service, its applicable boundaries, and the scope of responsibility.
Please read it in full before use. If you continue to access or use the Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this page.
- YlanAI (the "Service") is a tool for information organization, structured analysis, and decision support.
- "User" means any individual or organization that accesses, registers for, or uses the Service.
- This disclaimer applies to all use of the Service and its related pages, functions, content, and outputs.
- The Service provides reference perspectives, risk reminders, and action suggestions. It does not guarantee outcomes.
- The Service is not a substitute for licensed professional practice in medicine, law, investment, finance, mental health treatment, or similar fields.
- Service outputs are provided only for learning, research, communication, and entertainment reference.
- The Service does not make promises such as "guaranteed," "certain to happen," or "absolutely correct."
- Any analysis result may be affected by input quality, real-world conditions, individual differences, and changes over time.
- Users may not market or represent the output of the Service as a deterministic or guaranteed conclusion.
The Service does not constitute and does not replace:
- medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment plans
- legal advice, litigation judgments, or compliance conclusions
- investment advice, return promises, or asset-allocation commitments
For health, legal, compliance, and major financial matters, consult qualified professionals and rely on real-world evidence and formal procedures.
- The Service output is generated automatically by AI and may contain errors, omissions, expression bias, or mismatch with individual circumstances.
- Users should treat the output as auxiliary reference and not as the sole basis or final conclusion.
- For high-risk matters, users should cross-check the output and combine it with third-party professional advice.
Please also note these usage boundaries:
- Scope of use: outputs are for learning, research, communication, and entertainment reference, and are not guaranteed conclusions about future outcomes.
- Input premise: the more complete the background information is, the easier it is to focus the analysis. If some information is uncertain, you can start from the real problem itself.
- Professional boundary: for medical, legal, compliance, and major financial matters, professional advice should prevail. The Service does not replace professional judgment.
- Use by minors: minors are advised to use the Service with guardian guidance, and should not treat the output as the sole basis for major decisions.
- How to use it: combine the output with your real context and objective information, and use it as a reference perspective rather than the only conclusion.
- Users should provide information that is truthful, complete, accurate, and lawful as far as possible.
- Users must judge for themselves whether submitted content is appropriate and bear the risk of output deviation caused by input deviation.
- Users may not submit unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of others, or maliciously abusive information.
- Minors are advised to use the Service with guardian guidance.
- It is not recommended that minors use the output of the Service as the sole basis for major decisions such as education or career direction.
- For issues involving psychological stress or family conflict, communication with guardians or professionals should be prioritized.
Users may not use the Service in the following scenarios:
- creating panic, intimidating others, or manipulating others' decisions
- publishing false promises or exaggerated publicity
- generating or distributing unlawful, hateful, or malicious content
- bypassing or replacing procedures that should be handled by licensed professionals
If any such behavior is discovered, the Service has the right to impose restrictions according to the rules.
- The Service may integrate third-party services, payment channels, or external links.
- Availability, accuracy, security, and rules of third-party services are the responsibility of those third parties.
- Users should read and comply with third-party terms themselves, and disputes arising from third-party services are handled under the relevant third-party rules.
- Analysis allowance is an in-product usage unit and is not legal tender, a deposit, or a financial asset.
- Deduction, issuance, validity, reset, and refund rules follow the current payment page, campaign page, and rule descriptions.
- Unless a campaign expressly says otherwise, analysis allowance normally cannot be gifted, transferred, assigned, or cashed out.
The current policy baseline of the Service is:
- background information you voluntarily submit, including birth information, question content, and conversation records are not used for model training
- data is not sold or shared with third parties
- personal input and conversation content are not stored long term by default
- users can delete conversation records or clear history through in-product features
If processing is required by law or explicitly authorized by the user, it will be handled under the applicable rules.
- The Service may be changed, suspended, or terminated because of maintenance, upgrades, compliance requirements, campaign arrangements, or technical reasons.
- We may reasonably adjust functions, copy, rules, and display methods.
- Current pages and official notices prevail.
- Service pages, structure, copy, marks, and output arrangement are protected by applicable law.
- Without authorization, the Service content may not be copied, scraped, redistributed, or commercially misused in unlawful or improper ways.
- Users retain corresponding rights in their own input content to the extent allowed by law.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service does not undertake guaranteed liability for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss of expected benefit.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Service does not undertake guaranteed liability for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, abnormal third-party services, or the user's own device or account problems.
- If mandatory law provides otherwise, that law prevails.
- This disclaimer and the Service's other rule pages together form the service rule system.
- If different documents conflict on the same issue, the later and more specific rule for that issue prevails, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- If any clause on this page is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain effective.
- We may update this disclaimer based on product iteration, risk control, and compliance requirements.
- Updates take effect once published. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
