Allowance Guide

How analysis allowance is issued, deducted, expires, and handled for refunds
Feb 14, 2026

1. What Analysis Allowance Is

What is analysis allowance?

Analysis allowance is the in-product usage unit used to measure the cost of analysis services.
Analysis allowance itself is not legal tender, a deposit, prepaid cash, or a financial asset.

2. Deduction Rules

How is analysis allowance deducted?

When you send a request that triggers a complete analysis flow, the system deducts analysis allowance according to the current rules.
Current rule: one full conversation request deducts 100 analysis allowance. If rules change later, the payment page display prevails.

What counts as one conversation request?

A submission counts as one conversation request if it triggers a full reasoning and output cycle.
If a follow-up on the same topic triggers a new full reasoning cycle, it will be billed as a new request.

3. Where Analysis Allowance Comes From

Where does analysis allowance come from?

Common sources include:

  • recurring analysis allowance from subscription plans
  • analysis allowance from add-on purchases
  • trial analysis allowance from official campaigns
What is the difference between subscription allowance and add-on allowance?

Both can be used for service deductions, but their issuance and validity rules are usually different:

  • subscription analysis allowance: issued by subscription cycle and usually tied to that cycle
  • add-on analysis allowance: issued by one-time purchase and follows the purchase validity rules

The effective rule and deduction order follow the current product and payment pages.

4. Validity And Reset

What are the validity and reset rules?

The current common rule is that unused subscription analysis allowance expires at the end of each subscription cycle and does not roll over to the next cycle.
Campaign allowance or add-on allowance may have separate validity terms shown on the campaign or purchase page.

What if I do not have enough analysis allowance?

You can choose to:

  • upgrade your subscription plan
  • buy an additional analysis allowance pack
  • wait for the next subscription cycle to refresh your allowance

5. Records And Billing

How do I check my balance and deduction details?

You can review your current balance, deduction records, and timestamps in the in-product allowance or billing pages.
If the records do not match your expectation, first compare the timing and number of requests, then contact support.

Can I transfer or cash out analysis allowance?

By default, analysis allowance cannot be transferred, assigned, or cashed out.
If any special campaign rules are opened in the future, the official campaign page or announcement will prevail.

6. Refunds And Disputes

For payment, subscription, or refund questions, email billing@ylan.ai.

Can I get a refund?

Consumed services normally do not support unconditional refunds.
If you encounter duplicate charges, system errors, or payment mistakes, you can submit a support request and the platform will review it under the current rules.

What should I do if I have a billing dispute?

Recommended order:

  1. Check the charge time, request content, and account records.
  2. Keep screenshots of the order number or charge record.
  3. Submit the issue through the in-product support channel.
  4. Wait for customer support to review the case and reply under the current rules.

7. Usage Notes

Can the allowance rules change?

The product may adjust analysis allowance rules as features and campaigns evolve.
Before you pay or use the service, review the current page, payment page, and campaign notes to confirm the latest rule.
